Shawn is an awesome guy with some great ideas, and despite this setback, he really is a good entrepreneur. It’s a CH11 bankruptcy, so hopefully, with a little luck–and a better than average reorganization, they’ll pull out of it. You can read the article here. Thanks to Paulm for the link.
